Update Microsoft Office Offline Address Book

Problem

Cannot find current SURVICE Employee email address.
Current SURVICE Employee certificate issues, such as unable to read email.

Solution

In Micosoft Outlook
  1. Select the Send/Receive tab
  2. Select the Send/Receive Groups dropdown
  3. Select Download Address Book
  4. Confirm the settings below for your Offline Address Book
    (un-checking the “download changes only” option also helps)

  5. Select OK
