Update Global Address Lookup (GAL)

    usmc.mil DoD Enterprise Email account users must do GAL updates on a govt/DoD site.
af.mil DoD Enterprise Email account users must do GAL updates within the Airforce portal (www.my.af.mil).
milConnect's My Profile feature moved on May 20, 2021. To update your work or personal information, please go to ID Card Office Online and select My Profile. 

  1. Go to: https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/
  2. Select the My Profile CONTINUE button.
  3. Select the CAC tab.
  4. Select the Login button.
  5. Select your Authentication Certificate when prompted, and authenticate using your CAC pin when prompted.
  6. Read the Self-Service Consent to Monitor notification and if you agree, select OK.
  7. Verify your Personal information on the Personal tab.
  8. Select the CTR tab.
  9. Verify/update your sponsor and worksite information.
    (Obtain the proper CTR information from your Govt CAC Sponsor.)

    Complete duty address with the address of the AAO that you work out of. (If you are sitting at a customer site use the customer address.)

    *****Phone/Fax Numbers*****
    As required
  10. Select Submit.
  11. A message will display at the top of the page confirming that you have successfully updated your information.
