Keyboard "K" Key No Longer Works

Your "K" doesn't work on your keyboard in Microsoft Office programs. Here's how to fix the error.

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Select Ease of Access.
  3. Select Ease of Access Center.
  4. Select Make the keyboard easier to use.
  5. Select and then deselect Turn on Sticky Keys.
  6. Select OK.
