How to Turn On the From Field in OWA (Outlook Web Access)

  1. Log into your OWA.
  2. Select Options from the upper left corner of the webpage.
  3. Select See all options from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Settings from the left menu frame.
  5. In the lower left frame Message Format of the Settings dialog, within the Mail tab, check the checkbox Always show From. 
  6. Select Save.
    Turn OWA From Field to On
