How To Setup Microsoft Outlook and Teams on an Android Device Using Intune
Problem
User needs to have Outlook and/or Teams setup on their android device using Intune.
Solution

Users must have completed a Mobile Device User Agreement (MDUA) on file.

Depending on the version of Android, screens may slightly vary.
- From the devices Appstore, search for the app Company Portal and install the app.
- Select the SIGN IN button, and Sign-in using a SURVICE email (firstname.lastname@survice.com) and password.

- Select the BEGIN button in the bottom right of the screen, initializing the Intune setup process.

- Continue through the setup process, until device type can be selected. This will include reviewing the terms and
privacy policy.
- When ready, select the appropriate selection.

If DECLINE was chosen, device will not be set up for business portal use. If ACCEPT was chosen, continue to the next step.
- On the privacy information screen, review the list of items that SURVICE IT Administrators can and cannot see on enrolled devices.
- Then tap CONTINUE.
- Select the device type that best suits the device.

- Tap the Got It button, concluding the work profile setup.

Tabs will display at the bottom of the app screen. One titled Personal and one titled Work.

Selecting either tab allows users to switch between profiles.
(See bottom of phone-screen)

The Work profile is secure and allows the device to utilize SURVICE Certificates.
Outlook and Teams will auto install to this work profile within the hour.
Unless a MDUA is on file, devices will be in quarantine until one is submitted.
An IT administrator will need to assist with releasing devices.
