How To Check Microsoft Licenses and Other User Properties

Problem

A team member or a SURVICE employee is requesting license assignment information or other Azure/Microsoft user property information. 

Solution

All Helpdesk Administrators can look this information up. 

  1. Go to https://portal.azure.us/#view/Microsoft_Azure_PIMCommon/ActivationMenuBlade/~/aadmigratedroles and activate the role you have been assigned.
  2. Select Activate and justify your activation for this requirement. 
  3. Await the Microsoft activation to proceed. 
  4.  Go to Users https://portal.azure.us/#view/Microsoft_AAD_UsersAndTenants/UserManagementMenuBlade/~/AllUsers
  5. Locate your dude/dudette and then look at Assigned licenses
