How Do You Batch Check in Documents?

How Do You Batch Check in Documents?

  1.  You can first filter your documents using the "Checked Out To" column making it easier for you to view what documents are checked out in your name.
  2. Select the documents you would like to have checked in by individually clicking the check box to the left of the document. Or just check the square to the left of the "Type" column this will select all of your filtered documents at one time!
  3. Up at the top you will now see a toolbar. You should see the icon for "check In" located in the open and check out section of the toolbar.
  4. A box should appear where you can enter check in comments if you like. Then just click ok.
