Enable/Disable Focused Inbox in Outlook

Problem

Sometimes, when an email box view has the "Show Focused Inbox" selected users experience missing or missed email. 

Solution

Office Desktop Application

  1. Select the view tab located in your ribbon
  2. Select the Show Focused Inbox button to turn it off or on.

Outlook on the Web

  1. Select the gear/settings from the upper right corner of your browser screen in Outlook web app.
  2. Select your preferred setting.
