Common Access Card (CAC) Access to Defense Enterprise Email Help

Problem

CAC works for some sites, but not for email. Error code 500.
The problem is likely a provisioning problem that SURVICE IT will be unable to resolve. 

Solution

Contact the responsible agency. Most will call DISA.
