Changed SURVICE Password Now Phone/Device Won't Sync

Problem

SURVICE Email on smartphone will not sync and password and username are correct. 

Solution

If the affected user's password was recently changed the new password on handheld devices may not verify account information if: 
  • User is not using the approved MS Outlook application for their device. 
    • User should remove email from their phone and retry following the instructions for the device type in question:  iPhone/iPad or Android
  • Is the device attached to SURVICE WI-FI.
    • User should disconnect device/phone from SURVICE WI-FI, then try again.

SURVICE's Guest WI-FI is still considered SURVICE WI-FI
