BeyondTrust Support on IOS Device

Problem

SURVICE IT has requested to provide remote support on your IOS mobile device. 

Solution

  1. Go to your device's app store
  2. Locate the BeyondTrust Support App
  3. Install the BeyondTrust Support App
  4. Launch the BeyondTrust Support App
  5. The app will prompt for the site address. Use bts.survice.com
  6. The SURVICE IT support professional will need to provide you with the session key
Once the representative joins the session, the chat dialog appears.
 Some users may see a pop-up indicating an Agent is requesting to view your screen. Select Accept to proceed.
  1. Select the screen recording icon, highlighted in the illustration.


  2. Select the Start Broadcast selection
The SURVICE IT Representative can see everything on your screen. You can end the broadcast at any time.

End the screen broadcast

  1. Select the red bar displayed in the upper left corner of your screen.
  2. Select Stop on the Screen Broadcasting prompt.
Some users may end the remote session in an alternate manner.
  1. Return to the BeyondTrust app
  2. Select the red box containing an X in the upper left corner of the screen
  3. Select "Yes" on the bottom of the screen to confirm.
